An important white wine with golden veins. It offers floral notes combined with hints of almond and walnut. A well-balanced palate and a firm structure follows. The perfect microclimate in which its grapes grow gives the wine great personality.

Spumante Brut Nature Bianco
This brut sparkling wine is a cuvée of Chardonnay (35%), Pinot Grigio (50%) and Malvasia Istrana (15%) grapes. The base wine was obtained from grapes harvested by hand in the third decade of August. Soft pressing of whole bunches, without rasping. Fermentation and aging on the fine lees in French oak barrels and ceramic amphorae. The second fermentation took place in 1550 ml bottles, using the limpid must of Malvasia Istrana. The second fermentation began after bottling carried out without filtration in October. After a pause on the lees for 24 months, disgorgement was carried out, topping up each magnum with the same wine.

Delicate and refreshing cocktail, perfect as an aperitif. Bright ruby red color thanks to 100% natural Pomegranate juice. On the nose, hints of red fruits (pomegranate, of course! and cherry, red currant, blueberry…); on the palate, it stands out for its light sweetness, in harmony with the acidity.

At sight it recalls the pink veins of the sunset. The perlage is refined and persistent. On the nose, the aromas of fresh fruits are interspersed with pleasant spicy sensations, with hints of anise and lavender. In the mouth it is round, creamy, with a refreshing acidic vein that extends to the end. Extremely versatile from a gastronomic point of view, it is the ideal wine for an aperitif, accompanying different types of finger food.

Ribolla Gialla Extra Dry

Ribolla Gialla grows on stony and clayey soils, which give savory and mineral notes. When the grapes have been de-stemmed, and the traditional vinification took place, the base wine is added with yeasts and placed in tank at a controlled temperature for the second fermentation. The resulting sparkling wine has a typical straw yellow color. The scent is intense and fine, with fruity and citrus notes. Onn the palate the acidity is balanced, combined with a great freshness and persistence of the perlage. Ideal as an aperitif and well paired with raw seafood. It is also the perfect pairing with risotto, soups or fried fish.
